The UAE’s second health endowment launched in Dubai to promote healthcare research

The Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) and the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) have launched the emirate’s second health endowment. This endowment consists of a commercial and residential complex built on 1,767 square feet of property registered with Awqaf Dubai in Dubai’s Al Murar neighbourhood. The inauguration event was attended by various luminaries, including Essa Al Ghurair and Ali Al Mutawa. Al Mutawa emphasised the need for funding health research and medical advancements to help prevent the spread of epidemics and diseases in society. The initiative is in line with Sheikh’s aim of establishing preventative methods to safeguard public health, sustain community health, and solve possible health crises ahead of time.
