Flo launches its anonymous mode for tracking period

Flo, a period tracking application, has announced its anonymous mode, where users can keep a record without having to enter their personal information for health data. By collaborating with Cloudflare, a security firm, the company has created this new feature and released a “white paper” detailing the technical specifications. Currently, the anonymous mode is only available for iOS. Flo app will add this feature to the Android system in October 2022. The anonymous mode is available in 20 languages. Cath Everett, VP of product and content at Flo, says that this will allow women to access the application and stay informed about their bodies without fearing government prosecution.
