The fitness expert claims that the purpose of her programme is to ensure that women embark on the journey of a healthier lifestyle. The uniqueness of NJ Eat and Fit is that rather than addressing the issue of weight gain generically, this programme offers distinctive exercise and dietary plans to individuals that are based on a client’s goals. It has a total of five programmes and all of them consider a client’s weight, body type, hormonal statistics, medical history, and body measurements before recommending an exercise and nutrition regimen.
