Suki partners with Amwell, integrates AI voice assistant into Converge Platform

Suki, a provider of AI voice technology for healthcare, has teamed up with Amwell to integrate its Suki Assistant into Amwell’s Converge hybrid care delivery platform. This collaboration aims to alleviate clinician burnout by offering AI voice technology to manage care for 90 million individuals across 55 health plans. The integration allows Suki’s voice-enabled digital assistant to seamlessly operate within the Converge platform, enhancing providers’ workflows without requiring patients to download additional apps. Suki’s Assistant, leveraging natural language processing, enables clinicians to complete notes 72% faster on average, supports coding and dictation, and generates incremental revenue for organisations.
