Novant Health rolls out its first-ever VR-based training programme

Novant Health has announced to offer VR training for 100+ administrative and clinical level employees. This initiative is being taken for the first time and is focused on developing leadership qualities. In collaboration with Novant Health Innovation Lab, the immersive VR experience will assist the team members in approaching delicate issues with each other. Some members of Novant Health have already hopped on the soft skills training programme developed by Moth+Flame, a New York-based technology studio. Promise, a cloud-based application, employs VR to retain cultural change occurring in the organisation. Since VR offers an immersive experience, it drives better learning outcomes, and healthcare is using such technologies to make various sectors efficient.
