Sidekick Health acquires aidhere; Oula partners with Mount Sinai

Digital care management platform Sidekick Health has acquired Aidhere, a Hamburg-based prescription digital therapeutic for individuals with obesity. Sidekick Health specialises in developing personalised digital therapeutics and programmes for chronic and lifestyle disease management, covering conditions such as diabetes, ulcerative colitis, and smoking cessation. This acquisition allows Sidekick Health to expand its portfolio in the prescribed solutions domain, catering to pharma partners, health insurers, and prescribers on both sides of the Atlantic. Additionally, maternal health company Oula has partnered with Mount Sinai Health System, integrating its clinics into the Mount Sinai network and planning further expansion in California and New Jersey.
