eXmoor Pharma launches State-of-the-Art Cell and Gene Therapy Centre for clinical trials

eXmoor Pharma, a full-service cell and gene therapy (CGT) manufacturing partner, has inaugurated its Cell and Gene Therapy Centre, a good manufacturing practice (GMP) facility aimed at supporting the production of multiple therapies for clinical trials. The 65,000-square-foot facility in Bristol is equipped to scale the next generation of CGTs for human trials and beyond. It is the final step in eXmoor’s expansion into a full-service CGT contract development and manufacturing organization. The facility features labs for process and analytical development, with technology transfer capability for GMP production on the same site. It is designed to minimise fossil fuel usage, relying on solar technology and heat pumps.
